Maggie Hotpot

 Here’s a simple and delicious recipe for a  Maggie Hotpot : Ingredients: 2 packets of Maggi noodles (or any instant noodles) 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn, beans, etc.) 1 medium onion, finely chopped 1 tomato, chopped 1-2 green chilies, slit (optional) 2 cups water 1 tablespoon oil 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste 1 teaspoon soy sauce (optional) 1 teaspoon chili sauce (optional, for extra spice) 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon garam masala or mixed herbs Salt to taste Fresh coriander leaves for garnish Instructions: Prepare the noodles : Boil water in a pot and cook the Maggi noodles as per package instructions (without the tastemaker). Drain and set aside. Cook the vegetables : Heat oil in a deep pan or wok. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for another minute.
