Maggie Hotpot
Ingredients:
- 2 packets of Maggi noodles (or any instant noodles)
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn, beans, etc.)
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1-2 green chilies, slit (optional)
- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce (optional)
- 1 teaspoon chili sauce (optional, for extra spice)
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala or mixed herbs
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions:

Prepare the noodles:
- Boil water in a pot and cook the Maggi noodles as per package instructions (without the tastemaker). Drain and set aside.

Cook the vegetables:
- Heat oil in a deep pan or wok. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for another minute.
- Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften.
- Stir in the mixed vegetables and cook for about 2-3 minutes until they start to soften.

Add seasonings:
- Add turmeric powder, garam masala (or mixed herbs), and salt. Stir well.
- Pour in 2 cups of water and bring it to a boil.

Make the hotpot:
- Once the water is boiling, add the soy sauce and chili sauce (if using). Mix well.
- Add the cooked noodles to the pot and let them absorb the flavors for 2-3 minutes.

Simmer:
- Reduce the heat and allow the hotpot to simmer for a couple of minutes until the vegetables are cooked through and the flavors are well combined.

Garnish and serve:
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
